Judge Learned Hand

Listen here.

Sir Issac Newton tries to annoy me, but only ends up making a fool of himself.

How are you?  I bet no one ever asks you that.

I receive a voice mail from ZillaFag which puts the fight with my parents in context.

I spend the 4th of July, an American holiday, cleaning the grave of one of the United State’s greatest judges, Learned Hand.  It is a travesty that people have allowed his grave to become abandoned.

Bean and I are going on vacation this week!  We will be in the deep, isolated woods of the Adirondack Mountains.  No cells phones, no blackberrys, no internet, no cable tv.  Just the Bean and nature.

I worry on vacations.  I know it is silly of me, but I do.

I discuss how I ruined my visit to the ruins in Rome.

Listen Here

I start today’s show talking about a two year old girl who is a genius — no joke.

How are you? Really, how are you?

I was overlooked and not thanked at an event.  My rule: You either thank everybody or thank no one.

I have a huge fight with my father.  I discuss my dysfunctional family.  Is any family functional?

I discuss what is or is not offensive.  Are there somethings we should not do as podcasters because it is too offensive?

Or should we not worry about what is offensive, because if we do, we box ourselves into a corner we can never get out of?

What do you think?

Listen here.

Andrea Meltdown introduces herself.

Sir Issac Newton calls into the SATURNcast to offer a snotty retort.

How do you deal with assholes?

How do you deal with it when someone accuses you of being an asshole.

I have a dim view on humanity.

Send in your paranormal stories.

I talk more about syncronicity.

The famous D-Day crossword puzzle.

The Space Shuttle Atlantis is in trouble.

We need to spend more effort and money on our space programs — or we will have a Red China space.

I love all of you.

Be Thankful

Listen here.

Today’s show is about the important need to stay positive and grateful for life — even when I want to feel sorry for myself.

We start the show with the latest installment of ANDY MELTON IN SPACE.

I play an audio clip from Tigger.

Special Delivery Mark does his best podcast ever.

Sir (cough) Issac Newton who “invented” gravity is an attention whore.

I invented the wristwastch. (where’s the thank you?)

I talk about my terrible habit of being nervous, cynical and sarcastic. I always look at life as “glass half empty”.

I used alcohol as a crutch. (What’s your crutch?)
I learned that I need to try and stay positive and be grateful for what I have in life in order to stay healthy.

It is the small things in life that will kill you.

I wished I followed my own advice. . .

Shout-outs

PizzaBabe and Bob

ZILLA

AJ

NiiceLady

The Gay Expat

AND DON’T FORGET NIK IN PARIS!!!

I end the show with a few poems from my favorite poet — Charles Bukowski.
